Legendary rapper and actor Tupac Shakur received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday.
Tupac’s sister Sekyiwa “Set” Shakur accepted the award in her late brother’s honor at a ceremony hosted by radio personality Big Boy.
Shakur rose from a childhood of poverty in Harlem to become one of the best-selling musical artists with over 75 million records sold worldwide.
He was murdered in 1996 at age 25 in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas.
