10 people have died while 93 have been hospitalised after catching the water borne disease, Cholera.
The outbreak is centered around the town of Hamanskraal, about 80km from Johannesburg.
The National Institute of Communicable Diseases (NICD), said they are not aware of the source of the outbreak.
