Zambia President Hakainde Hichilema has withdrawn former leader Edgar Lungu’s constitutional entitlements.
This comes amid allegations that Lungu has not retired but is still the president of PF so he is not entitled to conditions of a retired former president.
The state removed all officers attached to the residence of Lungu.
