Businessman William Gerald Mutumanje, popularly known as Acie Lumumba has been granted access to his son.
This comes after Lumumba’s estranged wife, Lillian Rufaro Madyara barred her him from seeing his son for more than 145 days.
Writing on social media, Mutumanje said being denied access to his son has given him “a deep sorrow for anybody who ever lost a child. It can’t possibly be bearable.”
In a ruling handed down yesterday, the court ordered that Lumumba be granted access to his child.
He will only have access to the child during weekends, public holidays and half of every school holiday.
