Prominent Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono says he will not be reporting on the Aljazeera documentary findings after receiving threats from President Mnangagwa’s spokesman George Charamba.
Chin’ono said he is quitting reporting on the findings for his own safety.
This comes after Charamba issued continued threats against journalists reporting on the Al Jazeera investigation findings.
He said those reporting the fake news will join the likes of CCC senior leader Job Sikhala who is languishing in prison.
