Multi award winning South African artist Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona popularly known as Makhadzi faced arrest and jail time in Botswana over unpaid debts and for not performing in some paid shows .
Makhadzi breached a contract after not performing in three shows on the 29th of September this year at the Maun Carnival. She also did not perform on lndependence day on the 30th of September at the People’s Festival and Kumnandi ekhaya Festival .
Apart from missing performances, Makhadzi also owes DC tower hotels P160k for accommodation she was provided when she hosted a one woman show in Botswana.
