Adidas Azim Palmer known as Vybes Kartel, a Jamaican artist has proposed his girlfriend in prison in September.
Vybes Kartel was arrested in 29 September 2011 was arrested by police for cannabis procession and the murder of Barrington Burton.
He recently proposed his wife in prison and said he is looking forward to getting married to her soon.
His girlfriend she still cannot believe that Kartel proposes to her and also said that he has a kind and amazing heart that is giving.
