The government says it will resume distribution of food aid in october to more than two million families.
Reports by the Zimbabwe Vulnerability Accessment Committee reported that 3.8 million Zimbabweans need food assistance with Matebeleland experiencing more poverty.
According to Lovemore Matuke, Zimbabwe has more than 15000 metrics tonnes of maize already available to distribute before October.
