Raila Odinga says he will not attend William Ruto’s inauguration as the new President of Kenya because he is out of the country.
In a statement, Odinga said he believes the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission did not conduct a free and fair election.
He added that the ruling of the Supreme Court was not based on facts and the law, though he respected it.
