Zimbabweans in South Africa were left shocked after Limpopo Health MEC, Dr Phophi Ramathuba went on a tirade against Zimbabwe President, ED Mnangagwa.
Dr Ramathuba, who was carrying out a tour of hospitals across the province, complained that the situation in Zimbabwe was putting the health system in the province under a massive stress.

My people of Limpopo want health services, and they cant get it, and that is angering the community…I can’t go to Zimbabwe and get health care, its for their own people.
