South Africa’s Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema has pleaded with Kenya’s presidential candidate Raila Odinga to concede defeat.

Addressing the press, Malema said Raila is a great politician however if he does not concede defeat, he will go down in history as one who was desperate for power.

This is Odinga’s fifth try at the presidency; he blamed several previous losses on rigging, with the disputes triggering violence.

Raila Odinga filed a third electronic copy of his challenge against the results of this month’s election.

Meanwhile, Malema congratulated President elect William Ruto for winning the democratic elections in Kenya.
