South African based Zimbabwean lawyer, Advocate Simba Chitando, has revealed that the Zimbabwe government will allow Zimbabweans who are leaving South Africa to bring back one car and all their household furniture on expiry of their Zimbabwe Examptions Permit.
Advocate Chitando said the Zimbabwe government is also working on a plan to provide land to the returning Zimbabweans.
Advocate Chitando said the case to challenge the cancellation of the ZEP will be heard on the 5th of October 2022 and he is hoping that they will succeed.
