Norton legislaturre Temba Mliswa revealed that he is not castrated during a parliament session yesterday.
Mliswa was correcting CCC Honourable MP Willias Madzimure after he said that some members of parliament are castrated instead of incacerated.
In the background, other legislators could be heard burst into laughter as Mliswa made the correction.
