Edmund Kudzayi has vowed not to pay any defamation charges after receiving court summons from CCC spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere.
Kudzayi received summons from Mahere yesterday claiming US$100k in alleged defamation damages.
He said Mahere won’t get a cent, adding that “the available evidence is impeccable, unimpeachable and thus compelling.”
