Mystery sorrounds the video posted recently showing a ‘mermaid’ that allegedly washed up in Muizenberg, Cape Town.
It has emerged that the video was posted by TikToker Aamir Cali, who seems to be a mermaid enthusiast.
This isn’t the first video about mermaids he has shared.
It appears that past videos by Aamir were extracted from movies and series, however, the latest video has not been linked to any movie or series.
Many have questioned the legitimacy of the mermaid. Aamir has not provided any update or comment since uploading the video.
