Socialite Jackie Ngarande met Rumbidzai Chindavata who was assaulted by her boyfriend Ronald Kusaranyari last year.
The two ladies met at Mai Tt’s wedding on Saturday.
Ngarande assisted Rumbidzai who was attacked by her boyfriend after reading text messages suggesting she was having an affair with another man.
Chindavata sustained a broken arm as a result of the assault.
Writing on Facebook, Ngarande said:
When I attended the wedding on Saturday ,I didn’t know this would happen, I heard a voice Sisi Jackie ,Sisi Jackie ,I looked and say makadii henyu ,ndiani? Zvikanzi Sisi Jackie mandikanganwa here ,ndini mukadzi wamakabatsira arohwa nemurume remember I deal with a lot of issues and people everyday of my life ,so I tend to forget sometimes, She quickly pulled out a screenshot and said see Sisi Jackie ndini uya uya Rumbidzai Chindavata who was physically hurt,abused and faced a lot of trauma to the extend of almost loosing my life because of an abusive man.
My eyes were so teary ,we hugged and thanked God for life,Love shouldn’t hurt ,Love is not painful,Love doesn’t beat you up or make you bleed,She asked for a selfie and said Sisi Jackie go and give feedback to the people on your page and tell them
