CCC activist Madzibaba veShanduko has been granted $10,000 bail by the Magistrates Court.
Madzibaba veShanduko was represented by Daug Coltart.
The police said Madzibaba Veshanduko was allegedly using abusive language to police officers who were trying to stop him from engaging in unsanctioned political activities in the CBD.
He remains hospitalized as he recovers from the injuries he sustained when tortured by the Police.
