WATCH LIVE as Gambakwe Media looks at the ongoing lawsuit that was recently brought by popular Zimbabwean award winning journalist, Hopewell Chin’ono, against Advocate Tinomudaishe Chinyoka.
The lawsuit was filed on the under HC4643/21.
This case is a countersuit after Chin’ono was sued by Advocate Chinyoka for defamation in 2021.
Chin’ono apologised in that case and pulled down the offending posts. He also promised to pay a Boer goat to Advocate Chinyoka, but failed to do so.. Instead, Chin’ono had now brought a case against Chinyoka over two tweets that he say defamed him.
