The third part of the State Capture Inquiry report has implicated former South Africa President Jacob Zuma in the Bosasa graft.

The report recommended that ANC leaders and government officials including former Zuma, Gwede Mantashe and Nomvula Mokonyane be investigated for possible corruption.

The commission found there were “reasonable grounds” to suspect that Zuma’s actions in connection with Bosasa was in breach of his “obligations as president under the Constitution”.

It’s alleged Bosasa paid R300,000 monthly to the Jacob Zuma Foundation.

The bulk of the evidence against Zuma was brought by Bosasa’s former chief operations officer, Angelo Agrizzi.
