The President of the Republic of Botswana, His Excellency Mogkweetsi Masisi has dismissed that he appointed a bragadier who didn’t attend war college.
In a statement released 15 February 2022, Masisi said he doesn’t appoint army generals based on favoritism.
Masisi promoted few army generals few days ago.
Following the appointment, media houses and opposition parties accused him of appointing general based on favoritism.
