Former Old Mutual CEO, Peter Moyo was back in court yesterday in a bid to get reinstated and also claiming R250 million in damages.
Moyo was fired in June 2019 over a R30. 6 million divident payment.
Old Mutual said they will defend the claim as they believe Moyo is not entitled to the R250 million as he only worked for the company for 18 months.
