Former Botswana President, Sir Ian Seretsi Khama has won again in court.
High Court Judge Godfrey Radijeng granted former Khama access to State House 4.
Khama approached court to challenge the decision by DIS to seal his residence as a crime scene where they wanted to search for “arms of war.”
Khama recently said when he returns to Botswana, he will not enter State House 4.
“I will first have it debugged and have chemicals neutralised before going in there”.
