PROMINENT reggae singer Jah Cure is facing a possible 15 years in prison after being charged with attempted murder and assault in the Netherlands.

According to multiple sources Jah Cure stabbed a promoter in the abdomen during an altercation on October 1.

The charges against him are suspicion of attempted murde, attempted manslaughter, aggravated assault, or attempted aggravated assault.

The details of the incident have been vague, with only a report by police confirming that there was a stabbing on October 1st in Dam Square.

Police also revealed that a 42-year-old man was arrested while the victim was taken to a hospital and underwent surgery.

At his arraignment, Jah Cure was ordered to remain in custody without bail for 14 days while the police investigation continued.
