A Victoria falls man, Nkanyiso Ncube, met a lady of the night, Stacy Ndlovu, in December and spent two nights with her, using protection.
In January, he met her again and this time he did not use protection.
Stacy denies that she is a lady of the night. She said she was at Comfort night club and in the morning she went home with him.
Stacy said she had a boyfriend in November but they always used protection.
In March, Ncube came to Stacy’s home and gave her abortion pills after she informed him that he was pregnant.
Ncube said the dates do not match.
Stacy went to court and Ncube was forced to buy preparation for the baby.
