Queen Ntokozo KaMayisela has reportedly approached the High Court in Pietermaritzburg to stop the wedding of the King to his third wife on the 24yh of January.
This development comes just days after He filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences with his wife, KaMayisela.
Queen Ntokozo KaMayisela, who is the first wife of the King, said that the wedding breaches their civil union and the King could not marry another woman while their union still exists.
She argued that the law prohibits simultaneous marriages as it could constitute to bigamy.
