The Tanzanian government has opened a High Commission in windhoek.
The commission has opened for consular and other services with a staff complement of eight.
Meanwhile, the High Commissioner of Tanzania says the two countries seek to foster bilateral relations in an endeavour to deepen economic ties.
Last year, the Tanzanian government announced that it will open a commission in Namibia.
In his visit to Namibia in May 2020, Magufuli had promised to open the Commission before the end of the year.
