UK based, Zimbabwean comedy star Munya Chawawa has announced that he has signed with Atlantic Records.
Posting on his Twitter account the comedian said he is grateful for the support and sharing of his sketches.
“I have signed to Atlantic Records. Two years of sketches, one fire in the booth and a few middle class bars later and here we are,” said Chawawa.
The comedian grew up in Zimbabwe before moving to a small village in Norfolk with dreams of becoming a presenter.
Atlantic records is the home to notable musicians including Meek Mill, Stormzy, Ty Dollar Sign, Bruno Mars and Cardi B.
