Moroadi Cholota, a former personal assistant of ANC Secretary General, Ace Magashule, has been contacted by the FBI, according to City Press.
Cholota is now a student in the USA.
The contact was revealed in a letter written to the NPA by Magashule and Cholota’ s Lawyer.
Lawyer, Victor Ngwashu, wrote to the NPA asking them to confirm on what basis the FBI would contact Cholota in a matter being investigated in South Africa.
The US Embassy in Pretoria told the City Press that they needed more time to verify the information.
