Spotlight Zimbabwe today exclusively reported that,Zimbabwe President ED Mnangagwa, has been advised by doctors to step down after being diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer.
In an article written by Nancy Mabaya, the newspaper says:
President Emmerson Mnangagwa, has allegedly been diagnosed with prostrate cancer, and is said to have been advised to step down from politics by his medical doctors……..According to South African medical practitioners, who declined to be named Mnangagwa, is believed to have started suffering from the disease since the beginning of 2019 , but the country’s presidency was reportedly kept in the dark about the devastating news to avoid political pandemonium in Harare.
The newspaper concluded by saying Mnangagwa is receiving specialized treatment in the UAE and in Belarus.
