The Namibian President Hage Geingob has refused to take a position on the Zimbabwean Situation saying that there are proper bodies like the SADC who have the mandate to intervene in such matters.
In a press statement through the Namibian ministry of international Relations and Cooperation, the Namibian government said that they respect the duties of the SADC so much that they will not intervene in the Zimbabwean Situations.
The Namibian government say they decided to make their position clear after they received numerous appeals from the public requesting the Namibian President to intervene on the security situation in Zimbabwe.
Namibia there by made it clear that they will not go ahead and react to the situation in Zimbabwe but they will leave it to SADC and the responsible bodies in the committee.
