The RBZ has issued a statement today on their official website on the deliberations of the monetary policy committee.
The NewZimbabwe quickly interpreted this statement to mean that the Reserve Bank Of Zimbabwe will in two weeks time introduce a new currency.
Nick Mangwana was quick to dismiss this report citing that NewZimbabwe didn’t understand the document.
Speculations are in the air already on the introduction of a new currency since Eddie Cross said that the govenment will do so.
The government had to distance itself from Eddie Cross utterances.
