The world renowed Economics Professor Mthuli Ncube has shifted the blame for his failure to deliver austerity promises on sanctions.
He says sanctions are the main force behind the ever crippling economy.
He was speaking at the sidelines of the 25 October Anti Sanctions March held in Harare at the National Sports Stadium.
Mthuli Ncube promises on fixing the economy are long over due and his term in office is likely to be characterized with inconsistent changes in monetary policies.
He has also been accused of being partisan as he was seen chanting a Zanu Pf slogan in New York.
