Canada is looking for more immigrants as more Baby Boomers are retiring.
Currently there is an estimated 17 000 Baby Boomers set to retire every year.
Employers have been struggling to find replacements especially in small urban centres like Moncton.
The province has decided to focus on student Immigrants who can come into the region and work while studying.
