It is with shock to learn that the government of Zimbabwe does not own its parliament building.
The parliament (House of Assembly) is the most famous Zimbabwean parliament in the history of Zimbabwe.
It is alleged that the Anglican Church owns the Parliament of Zimbabwe. One would assume that it is by accident that the Anglican church in Harare is just adjacent to the parliament building. Information circulating in the public square suggests that the government of Zimbabwe pays rent to the church.
