The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission has refuted messages circulating on social media. ZACC is asking for the help of citizens, asking them to go and report any forex dealings by any company, landlords or anyone else dealing with forexThe message urges Zimbabweans to do great honour by reporting any suspected dealings to the nearest police.There is also a chilling warning by the ZACC commissioner that they are going to be going after all suspected forex dealers.In a tweet by the ZACC, they urge citizens to ignore such messages as neither the Commissioner or the Chairperson has issued such statements. The message is purported to be cming from Matanda Moyo, the ZACC boss.
