Judge Justice Happias Zhou has given permission to the acting President of Zimbabwe Hospital Doctors Association (ZHDA) to seek and access urgent specialist medical treatment. The Zimbabwe Police had stopped him.Speaking in the high court, Dr Magombeyi’s lawyer said preliminary medical assessments revealed possible physical harm and psychological trauma hence immediate medical assistance is required to avoid any further harm.He went on to say that Mangombeyi must receive the best possible health care so he can recover as quickly as possible.
