The Sports and,Recreation Commission of Zimbabwe has announced that athletes who would not have participated for Zimbwabwe 3 years prior to Olympics will not qualify for the games ando this will officially be made a law.
Instead of harnessing and hunting talent, the commission seems to be creating a dead end to aspiring rising athletes.
