The High Court of Zimbabwe has ruled as illegal the 2% Transaction Tax imposed by the Minister of Finance, Mr Mthuli Ncube. Economists have since castigated the government to reverse all such taxes that where charged since the introduction. The case was argued by honourable Tendai Biti.
