Five High Court judges were sworn in yesterday.The judges are Justice Evangelista Kabasa,Justice Christoper Dube Banda,Justice Siyabonga Msithu ,Justice Sanski Zisengwe and Justice Webster Chinamhora.
The Chief Justice,Justice Luke Malaba presided over the function and applauded the judiciary system in Zimbabwe.
He further on highlighted the need to appoint more judges in the country as there has been a sharp increase in litigation and workload as well.
The Chief Justice also applauded the independence of the judiciary system and encouraged the newly appointed judges to follow suit.
