A ZPC boss was convicted of receiving a $ 10k bribe from the controversial business mogul Wicknell Chivayo.
However, Wicknel Chivhayo has not been arrested on account of this bribe.
Furthermore, the Energy Minister, Fortune Chasi, who upon his appointment made noise that he was going to recover all the money disbursed unlawfully to Chivhayo (which of course didn’t happen), has revealed that the magistrate presiding over the case has deferred the sentencing.
