Family members have confirmed the death of Zimbabwe National Army (ZNA) Sergeant Phillip Chiutsi, who served as the driver for Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF) Commander General Philip Valerio Sibanda.
Sergeant Chiutsi was involved in a fatal road accident. Images from the scene show the vehicle he was in was severely damaged, described as being “crumpled almost beyond recognition”.
