REF: RESPONSE TO ZANU PF SECRETARY FOR LEGAL AFFAIRS, ZIYAMBI ZIYAMBI ON HIS SO-CALLED RESPONSE TO THE PRESENTATION THAT WAS MADE BY VICE PRESIDENT GENERAL (RTD), DR. C.G.D.N CHIWENGA TO: EMMERSON

- Ziyambi Ziyambi, Zanu PF Secretary for Legal Affairs and Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs and on the direct instructions of President Mnangagwa, attempted dismally, to respond to the damning and defining presentation that Vice President General (Rtd.), Dr. C.G.D.N Chiwenga made to President Emerson Mnangagwa to him at a Presidium meeting. We know that this dismal report which Ziyambi Ziyambi presented on behalf of President Emerson Mnangagwa was prepared in the office of Attorney General Virginia Mabhiza with the assistance of he PA, Kudakwashe Mugwagwa, Jonathan Moyo, Glen Mpani, Patrick Chinamasa, Virginia Mabhiza, Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Scott Sakupwanya (with his Grade 7) and George Charamba.
- Surprisingly the recipient of that report, who was President Emerson Mnangagwa and only his Presidium members namely VP Mohadi, Zanu PF Chairman OCZ Muchinguri and the then Zanu PF Secretary General Dr. Obert Mpofu, failed to address these critical issues and instead directed his incompetent team led by Ziyambi Ziyambi to issue this more than a nonsensical legal opinion.
- Ziyambi Ziyambi’s response is the final, unequivocal proof that the Zimbabwean state has been wholly captured by a criminal syndicate and is being run by an incompetent and incapacitated president who is now badly ravaged by vascular dementia and is entangled and complicity with Zviganda high corruption and looting of our State coffers.
Ziyambi Ziyambi’s response on behalf of President Emerson Mnangagwa is a formal surrender of governance to kleptocracy, a betrayal so profound that it constitutes a direct abdication of the sacred duty that President Mnangagwa has to the people of Zimbabwe.
- The grave allegations presented by Vice President Chiwenga were a constitutional alarm bell and a final plea to rescue the nation from the jaws of a predatory cartel. The regime’s response, which was presented by Ziyambi Ziyambi, was a deliberate and contemptuous rejection of that plea. By instructing his Minister to “openly embrace, own, protect and defend the criminals looting our public funds,” President Mnangagwa has not only failed in his office, but he also breached his oath of office and committed an impeachable offence and this is a conscious abdication of power.
- The President has unequivocally demonstrated that his primary allegiance is not to the Constitution, nor to the people from whom his authority is derived, but to the criminal cartel headed by Kudakwashe Tagwirei. In penning this response, President Mnangagwa has pleaded guilty to High Corruption. The evidence is now incontrovertible, and the grand looting witnessed in broad daylight, is authorized, supervised and controlled by President Mnangagwa personally for the benefit of his family, friends, and his Zvigananda’s. In this Ziyambi Ziyambi response on behalf of President Mnangagwa has, in this response, crowned himself the godfather of corruption and kingpin of Zvigananda who are destroying our country.
- This blatant disregard for the serious issues that Vice President Chiwenga raised is a direct and unforgivable insult to every citizen of Zimbabwe. A government is appointed by the people and must, always, act in the interest of the people. The Mnangagwa administration has now formally declared that its interest is the protection of a cabal of looters, Zvigananda.
When a government becomes an active threat to the well-being and future of its people and when it prioritizes paying criminals over stocking hospitals with medicine and ensuring mealie-meal is on the table, it forfeits its legitimacy and moral authority.
- The suffering of the people is the direct consequence of the billions systematically stolen by the Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Wicknell Chivhayo, Scott Sakupwanya, Delish Nguwaya and their Zvigananda associates under President Mnangagwa’s protection. To demand that the nation tolerate this for a day longer is to declare war on the populace and this is why 17 October 2025 Million Man March is fully justified and will see the eradication of this Zvigananda syndrome and State capture that has gripped Zanu PF, our Government and President Emerson Mnangagwa. Such tyranny can only result and justify an uprising by the people to protect their well-being and future and we repeat, 17 October 2025 Million Man March is fully justified. The right to defend one’s destiny against a government infested with grand corruption is a fundamental and inherent right of a betrayed people.
- Ziyambi Ziyambi’s pathetic reliance on “due process” is exposed as a farce when the Head of State is the chief architect of the impunity. Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Wicknell Chivhayo, Scott Sakupwanya, Delish Nguwaya and their Zvigananda associates, and their Zvigananda cartel are the real criminals around the President. These individuals must be imprisoned and not hosted in President Emerson Mnangagwa private office where the nation’s assets are being auctioned off.
- The public leaking of this disgraceful response, which was done by the delusional Patrick Chinamasa, is a testament to a regime drunk on power, believing itself to be untouchable. They have missed their last opportunity to distance the so-called “Second Republic” from high corruption and Zvigananda because they are its very source.
- We therefore welcome President Emerson Mnangagwa’s decision to abdicate his moral and constitutional authority through this document which was presented by Ziyambi Ziyambi.
- The hopes of the Zimbabwean people now rightly turn to Vice President Dr. C.G.D.N Chiwenga. He has demonstrated principles, values, and courage to lead. He is a principled and committed patriot who can genuinely deliver a Zimbabwe for all. He possesses the integrity required to lead the country into the 2028 Harmonized General Elections and to restore the sovereignty and prosperity that has been stolen from the people by President Emerson Mnangagwa and his Zvigananda.
- It is now time for accountability, for the reclamation of our country and for the restoration of the people’s dignity and from Friday 17 October 2025, the people of Zimbabwe shall rise against State Capture and High Corruption being perpetrated by President Emerson Mnangagwa and his Zvigananda led by Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Wicknell Chivhayo, Scott Sakupwanya, Delish Nguwaya.
