Social media personality Cucsman has stirred controversy with a tweet suggesting that Zimbabwe should adopt a voting policy requiring citizens to have at least five O’Levels in order to qualify.
The remark was accompanied by a video of members of the Johanne Masowe church thanking businessman Wicknel Chivhayo for buses he donated, while also showering praise on Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Cucsman wrote “I think we should implement a policy that only allows people with 5 O’Levels to vote. Imagine these type of people defining your future.”
