FIFA President Gianni Infantino has joined the football community in mourning the death of former Warriors striker Tendai Ndoro, describing him as “a legend of Zimbabwean football.”

In a condolence message addressed to ZIFA President Nqobile Magwizi yesterday, Infantino expressed deep sadness at Ndoro’s passing and extended sympathies to the player’s family, friends, and the wider Zimbabwean football fraternity.
Ndoro, who made his name playing for the Zimbabwe national team and various clubs in South Africa, was reportedly found dead in his apartment in South Africa.
Details surrounding his death remain unclear although it is said he had complained about a headache and also nose bleed.
Tributes have poured in from across the region, with many describing Ndoro as one of the most talented strikers of his generation.
