During her recent visit to Sipopoma Primary School, Minnie Baloyi Chiwenga, wife of Vice President Constantino Chiwenga, encouraged parents and guardians to support their children’s strengths whether academic or not.

“It’s our duty as parents and guardians to support our children in what they are good at, be it in or outside the classroom, or both,” she said, addressing learners, teachers, and local community leaders.

She highlighted that not all children excel in academics, and some may find their paths through sports, arts, or other talents. Parents, she said, should avoid comparing children and instead nurture their individual gifts.

The visit was part of a broader outreach initiative to promote education, holistic child development, and community engagement in schools across the region.
