Mnangagwa and ZANU-PF Chinhoyi losing candidate Thomas Chidzomba has invaded a farm owned by Brinsk Bosman.

Lebanmon, which is fronted by ZANU-PF politician , Thomas Chidzomba has been fast tracking through Zimbabwe.

Chidzomba, Elington Chanetsa, Bruno Elias and Nobert Mawere unlawfully invaded his subdivision 578,54 hectares subdivision 1 Manenga Dundrennam Farm in Lions Den.

The court was brought before the court on 16 May 2025 after Chidzomba said he had been given the power of attorney to take over the farm by ZACC commissioner, Kindness Paradza on 7 January 2025.

Paradza was given an offer letter for Plots 3 and Plot 4, Summerhill, on November 27, 2004 while Bosman was given an offer letter for Dundrennam farm in 2004.

2. South Africa will not have a lottery for a year after a court in Pretoria refused to extend the iThuba licence temporarily for 12 months. This comes as Ithuba has refused to run the lottery temporarily for 5 months, sayig that this would be a loss making excersize. One of the losing bidders, Wina Njalo took the Minister to court and the judge suspended the order for only 5 months. The preferred bidder, Sizekhaya, will only be ready to run the lotter by June 2026. In spite of the orede by the judge, Tau has gon eon to grant iThuba the 12 months Temporary licence on Saturday. Sizekhaya Holdings, is a consortium led by Goldrush and KwaZulu-Natal businessmen Sandile Zungu and Moses Tembe. The South African lottery will now be run by the Chinese.

3. The SCA has ruled that the dispute between Kalagadi Manganese (Led by Daphne Mashile Nkosi) and its lenders (IDC, ABSA and AFDB) must be settled through arbitration. Kalagadi owes the lender $85 Billion. The IDC wants to place Kalagadi into business rescue. Kalagadi has operations in the Northern Cape.

4. Cabinet has approved the National Labour Migration Policy. The NLMP introduces quotas on the total number of documented foreigners that can be employed i major economic sectors such as Agriculture, Hospitality and Tourism. The department of employment is recruiting 20 000 additional inspectors to enforce the policy.
