Prophet Magaya recently hosted a productive visit from the Honourable Minister of Youth, Sport, Arts and Recreation. The visit centered on discussions surrounding ambitious plans to upgrade and develop key sports facilities.
A central point of discussion was the potential for a major renovation and upgrade of White City Stadium. The vision presented to the Minister includes the installation of a state-of-the-art tartan track, transforming the stadium into a modern and high-performance facility capable of hosting a wider range of athletic events.
Prophet Magaya shared on his social page that: “To me, it became a grand visit, especially at its conclusion — when he sat at the table and had breakfast before leaving the premises,” he stated.
“I saluted the Honourable Minister all the more for that, as politicians rarely eat in other people’s homes. Yet, he honoured our house as a clean and worthy place, to the point of sharing a meal with us.”
