Mnangagwa forms new War Veterans body
Mnangagwa has announced a disticntion between the ZNLWVA and the War Veterans League. He now says the ZNLWVA is not subject to the league. This comes after Mahiya has been going around with Tungwarara dishing out cash to war veterans.
War Veterans are opposed to Mnangagwa’s third term agenda. However, Mnangagwa is set to table a motion to extend his term to 2030 when Parliament opens.

Meanwhile in Monaco we attended the Princess Charlene U12 Rugby Tournament. Our son was one of the National (Steelers-kyros) Select Team comprising kids from different schools in Zimbabwe. We were number 10 out of 24 countries, Our neighbors South Africa were number 23 out of 24. we qualified up to finals, we lost to Scotland the silver Trophy. The whole tournament winners (Gold) were France. We played six games, we won 3, drew 1, lost 2, first game unfortunately we played home team Monaco we lost 4-1, we won 3-2 against Argentina, won 5-1 against Luciana (France), won 3-1 against Newzealand, semi finals we played Ecuador we drew 3-3 but proceeded to the finals because we scored first. Finals we played Scotland and lost 4-1. But we are so proud of the boys they left a mark. Meanwhile I briefly spoke to Princess Charlene (born in Bulawayo) of Monaco and appreciated what she is doing through her foundation, ….. promoting children’s sports and giving them the much needed exposure
