1. Zimbabwe Prison services officer Donald Madzinga was paid $700 to supply the gun that escapee Luke Zinyengere used to escape from Harare Magistrates court. Tinotenda Zinyengere brought in a revolver, which he handed over to Marondera and Zinyengere which they kept in their cells.
2. Ernst Njazi arrested when caught in the act with his friend’s wife. On Sartuday, Njazi and his friend and their wives were dring in Kuwadazana and arrived home around 1am. The complainant was given a room to sleep and Nhazi and the wife were given a room to sleep. His friend and Njazi went into the room where the wife was sleeping and entered her blankets. The friend woke up after hearing sounds from the room and a scuffle ensured.

2. South Africa to introduce tariffs. Parks Tau ( Trade , Industry and Competition) has ordered itac to review the SA tariff framework by the end of July.
