The Zimbabwe military has increased security around Chiwenga and confirmed that groups of mercenaries have been hired to eliminate the popular Vice President.
Zimbabweans are expecting Mnangagwa and Chiwenga to clash publicly as Chiwenga has not disowned the statements by Geza.
The Chiwenga Voluntary Association says the mercenaries are under surveillance.
